Food caterers association appoints new leaders

The Food Caterers Association of the Philippines, more known by its abbreviation FCAP, has inducted a new set of board members and officers yesterday during its 15th anniversary at Eastwood Richmonde Hotel.

 

Danny Jacinto of Red Swan Catering, current chairman and among the founders, retains the position. Maria Irmina San Miguel of Kusina ni Kambal Food and Catering Corp., now vice chairman, handed over the presidency to Noel M. Paguia of Aramico’s Food Inc.

In his speech, Jacinto enumerated the success of the association over the past one and a half decades such as trade conventions, food expos, and a stronger supply chain for members.

 

Meanwhile, Paguia promised internal growth of the association by increasing membership, revamping membership classification, and engaging them through an improved website. He also seeks to make the association more relevant by increased charitable activities.

 

The new officers are Ryan Marinas of Loreland Catering as vice president of FCAP; Jenny Justo King of CVJ Food Corp. as secretary; Herman Paras of La Milagrosa Catering as treasurer; Elizabeth Rafael of Villa Salud Events Place and Catering as auditor; and Jeanette Alba of Alba’s Catering as public relations officer.

Meanwhile, the other board members are Jerry Ayson of El Jose Catering, Roldan Roca of Elars Catering, Robert Camba of Robert Camba Catering, Tina Gutierrez of Patio de Tata Roque Catering, Marie Taleon of Royalty Catering, Joy Madriaga of Madriaga’s Catering, and Gileth Maraquilla of LPU Batangas.
