Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria’s Seven Corners restaurant has partnered with celebrity chef Bruce Lim to showcase masterpieces in the outlet’s interactive buffet stations until the end of the month.

Chef Bruce is known for his wide range of specialties from traditional French and Italian cuisines to Euro-Asian and international food. He is also a master of food presentation and exudes superior knowledge in sugar pulling and chocolate work.

The restaurant will offer mooncakes in traditional, snow, and two-egg yolk flavors, with pre-selling already ongoing since August 15. Redemption period starts on September 14 to 27.
