Crowne Plaza Manila Galleria’s Seven Corners restaurant has partnered with celebrity chef Bruce Lim to showcase masterpieces in the outlet’s interactive buffet stations until the end of the month.
Chef Bruce is known for his wide range of specialties from traditional French and Italian cuisines to Euro-Asian and international food. He is also a master of food presentation and exudes superior knowledge in sugar pulling and chocolate work.
At Seven Corners, Chef Bruce displays a fusion of uniquely Filipino dishes with a personal touch. He and Seven Corners’ very own culinary team feature dishes like Davao Salad, Adobo Sausage, Pinaltok, Pochero-inspired ossobuco, among others.
Guests must also check out Chef Bruce’s own take on tokwa’t baboy as well as halaan, where he used ingredients like lambanog and roasted tomatoes.
Meanwhile in September, the hotel’s Chinese restaurant Xin Tian Di will celebrate the mid-autumn festival with a mooncake promotion. The restaurant will offer mooncakes in traditional, snow, and two-egg yolk flavors, with pre-selling already ongoing since August 15. Redemption period starts on September 14 to 27.
