Richmonde Hotel’s third property opened in July in Iloilo City. The hotel has opened 55 rooms out of the 149 keys as of press time, and management plans to fully launch the property by yearend.
The hotel owner, Megaworld, hired Gettys to design the property, and the results are already quite impressive. Guests entering the property will be greeted by the vibrant interior design of the lobby. On the left stands Bizbar, a lounge featuring a video wall for entertainment. It opens at 4 p.m. The Granary (not in the photos), its all-day dining restaurant, is found on the right of the lobby.

Located just across the Iloilo Convention Center and within Iloilo Business Park, Richmonde Hotel Iloilo expects MICE and corporate travelers to comprise its guest mix. The rooms are thus designed with these guests in mind, featuring wide bathrooms and beds along with smart amenities.
A mini-lobby called Atrium (below) is located at the fifth floor. The hotel plans to sell the rooms around Atrium to meeting or incentive groups that may appreciate a nearby lobby to gather and socialize.
