Marco Polo Ortigas Manila is all set for a diverse showcase of flavors at its all-day dining restaurant, Cucina. Come August, the hotel will roll out the 7 Days, Seven Reasons program at Cucina that features themed buffets in each day of the week.
Start the week with a Spanish fiesta by having the delicious paella valenciana, arroz negro, and paella mixta matched with delectable Spanish desserts like crema catalana and chocolate con churros with fresh homemade Sangria.
Tuesdays are meant for indulging in fresh shell delicacies like king crab and other seafood dishes like spider crab, blue crab, New Zealand mussels, and oysters.
On Wednesday, diners may opt to have their fish en papillote, with a crisp salted crust, or spiced and served Indian style.
Have a taste of home every Thursday with the Filipinos all-time favorite, lechon de leche, served together with refreshing coconut juice mocktails and a fine local beer selection.
Fridays call for a reason of celebration with Cucina’s specialty Thai corner with serving pad thai, green curry with pork, red curry with roasted duck, and tom yum goong soup.
On Saturdays, the hotel goes American and Mexican fusion. Tex-Mex favorites like enchiladas, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas will be featured.
End the week with a tempting selection of charcuterie which includes slices of Iberico ham, mortdadella, salchicon, chorizo, catalan fuet, and imported cheeses among other cold cuts.
Buffet price starts at PHP1,500++ per person. Cucina is open daily for lunch from 12 noon to 2:30 p.m. and dinner from 6 p.m. to 10:30 p.m.
