Two weeks before June 12, hotels have began unveiling their Independence Day offers focusing on Filipino cuisine and local chefs.
From June 3 to 14, Diamond Hotel Philippines’ Corniche restaurant buffet will present “Feasts from the Filipino Kitchen,” featuring the famous Philippine Lechon prepared by Dedet dela Fuente Santos, popularly referred to as the Lechon Diva.
The Filipino cuisine promotion highlights the culinary expertise of Dedet dela Fuente Santos of the famous Pepita’s Kitchen who has become an icon for making lechon innovations that has reached as far as Singapore and New York.
Diamond Hotel Philippines will present her private degustation dining that originated in her home. The buffet spread will offer a variety of lechon dishes, from the classic Lechon de Leche to Stuffed Lechon variations with Truffle Rice and Binagoongan Rice, among others.
Meanwhile, F1 Hotel will launch the third “Luzviminda” Filipino food promotion on June 12. The hotel will feature dishes by chef Bruce Lim for Luzon, chef Tatung Sarthou for Visayas, and chef Sider Tadtad for Mindanao.
Luzviminda will be available at F All Day Dining Restaurant from June 12 to 25.
